Use Handhelds to Conduct Inspections in the Field. IndustrySafe can be utilized in the field to conduct inspections on handhelds.  No Internet connection required. Inspections can be downloaded onto a handheld device and data entered in the field anywhere any time.

Use your own Inspection Checklists.  IndustrySafe allows users to upload their own inspection checklists for use on the web or on the handheld.  Users can also use or edit existing pre-built checklists available in IndustrySafe.  Existing pre-built checklists include detailed items based on OSHA reguations.

Link Action Items to Inspections. When out in the field, corrective actions can be linked to inspections; and findings documented for follow-up.

Sync for Immediate Online Access.  Field data can be easily synchronized with the server and online version of IndustrySafe as soon as an Internet connection is available. As soon as the data is synchronized, the data is available for immediate use.

Push out Automatic E-mail alerts.  Once inspection data is synchronized with the server, automatic e-mail alerts notify responsible parties of inspections and corrective action follow up.

Generate Reports and Trends.  Inspection reports can be generated, printed, and e-mailed.  Summary reports displaying field results as well as trend reports of compliance and discrepancy rates can be easily produced.
