TRA conducted a comprehensive Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment of the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation (WCDPWT)’s Bee-Line transit system. The assessment, in accordance with industry best practices for transit systems, identified the security risks and vulnerabilities to the Bee-Line Transit System and recommended mitigation measures to address them.
TRA also developed asset-specific findings and recommendations to modify, improve, and upgrade security and facilities to protect WCDPWT’s investment in public transportation, continue its provision of high quality transit service, and prepare for future needs.
